Order & Item Histories and information about the orders you've placed with Lifestylewest:

Call with any questions about your order, our products, materials, services, exchanges, returns or repairs.

Returns and exchanges

To return an item please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the appropriate information on the green packing list you receive with your order for a refund or exchange, whichever you wish.
   For a refund we will credit the full merchandise price to your credit card or issue a cheque in Canadian Dollars.

2. Package the item securely and include the green packing list
   Please mail to Lifestylewest at your local post office.

Back Orders:

Any back orders (items temporarily out of stock) we will ship with no shipping or handling charge.

Taxes:

Taxes are based on the value of the product.

For orders shipped to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Labrador add 14% HST.

For orders to other provinces or territories add 6% GST .

BC orders add 6%GST and 7% PST

Shipping and Handling:

Your shipping and handling cost is based on the value of the order that is shipped.

The appropriate shipping and handling charge is added to the order.
